HOKE fittings, connections, valves, pressure reducers

HOKE with its 80 years of experience has been famous for its constantly top-quality products, i.e. fittings, valves and other transport/ing units for both gaseous and liquid materials.

No other firm has been able to excel the HOKE Gyrolok® nut and double ferrule system patented in the 1960s which is absolutely reliable under extreme environmental circumstances (pressure, temperature, corrosive materials or vibration).

The various valves and other assembly units are also produced with these Gyrolok® connection, thus tubing can be decomposed repeatedly and can be repaired without changing the elements.

Since Gyrolok® system is mainly based on the special structure of ferrules, other elements of the connection are compatible with the products of most other producers.

GESTRA Safety temperature monitoring TRS 5-50, TRS 5-52

TRS 5-50

     The temperature switch TRS 5-50 is used in conjunction with temperature sensor TRG 5-6.. as safety temperature limiter or monitor, for instance in steam boilers and (pressurised) hot-water plants. When the max. admissible temperature in the superheater or the inlet line is reached, the safety temperature limiter or monitor switches the heating off.

     The temperature switch TRS 5-50 can be used in combination with the following temperature sensing electrodes: TRG 5-63, TRG 5-64, TRG 5-65, TRG 5-66, TRG 5-67 and TRG 5-68

GESTRA Boiler water care LRR 1-52, LRR 1-53

LRR 1-52

     The functional unit consisting of the operating & display unit URB 50 / conductivity controller LRR 1-52, LRR 1-53 in conjunction with conductivity electrodes LRG 1.-.. and conductivity transmitter LRGT 1.-.. is used as conductivity controller and limiter, for instance in steam boilers, (pressurized) hot-water installations as well as condensate and feedwater tanks.

     The conductivity controller indicates when the preset MAX or MIN conductivity is reached, opens or closes a continuous blowdown valve and may also control an intermittent blowdown valve. The conductivity controllers are designed for use with conductivity electrodes and transmitters in the following equipment combinations.

     Conductivity controller LRR 1-52 together with conductivity electrodes LRG 12-2, LRG 16-4, LRG 16-9, LRG 17-1 and LRG 19-1; Conductivity controller LRR 1-53 together with conductivity transmitters LRGT 16-1, LRGT 16-2 and LRGT 17-1.

LRS 1-50

     The conductivity switch LRS 1-50 in conjunction with conductivity electrodes LRG 1.-.. is used as limit switch, for instance in steam boilers, (pressurized) hot-water installations and condensate and feedwater tanks. The conductivity switch detects and indicates a MIN and a MAX conductivity limit.

     The conductivity switch LRS 1-50 is designed for use in combination with the following conductivity electrodes: LRG 12-1, LRG 16-4, LRG 16-9, LRG 17-1 and LRG 19-1.

NRR 2-52

     The functional unit consisting of the operating & display unit URB 50 and the level controller NRR 2-52 / NRR 2-53 in conjunction with level electrodes NRG 2.-.. and level transmitter NRGT 26-1 is used as limit switch and water level controller, for instance in steam boilers, (pressurized) hot-water installations as well as condensate and feedwater tanks.

     The functional unit consisting of the URB 50 and the level controller NRR 2-5.. can be used with level electrodes NRG 21-.. and NRG 26-21 as well as the level transmitter NRGT 26-1.

GESTRA Low-High level Limitter NRS 2-50, NRS 2-51, NRR 2-50, NRR 2-51

NRS 2-50

     The level switch NRS 2-50 / NRS 2-51 in conjunction with level electrodes NRG 2.-.. and level transmitter NRGT 26-1 is used as limit switch and water level controller, for instance in steam boilers, (pressurized) hot-water installations as well as condensate and feedwater tanks. The level switch detects and indicates when the preset MIN and MAX water level is reached and switches the feedwater pump on and off (NRS 2-51).

      The level switch NRS 2-50 / NRS 2-51 is designed to be used with level electrodes NRG 21-.. and NRG 26-21 as well as the level transmitter NRGT 26-1.

GESTRA Low-High level Limitter NRS 1-52, NRS 1-53, NRS 1-54, NRS 1-55

NRS 1-52

     The level switch NRS 1-53 in conjunction with level electrodes NRG 16-.. and ER 5. is used as limit switch, for instance as water level limiter in steam boilers and (pressurized) hot-water installations. The level switch detects and indicates two low water levels (MIN 1, MIN 2).

     The level switch can work with following level electrodes: NRG 10-52, NRG 16-52, NRG 16-4 and ER 5.-1.

GESTRA Low-High level limiter NRS 1-50, NRS 1-51

NRS 1-50

     The level switch NRS 1-51 is used in conjunction with level electrodes NRG 1…-.. as high level alarm in steam boilers and (pressurized) hot-water plants. A high level alarm prevents the water level from exceeding the preset max. water level (HW) and for this purpose switches off e. g. the feedwater supply.

     Depending on the directives listed below the level switch NRS 1-51 can be used in combination with the following level electrodes:
